I spent my early career in investment banking and technology consulting. Somewhere along the way, I realized that systems fail because the people inside them are not empowered, not clear on who they are, and not equipped to lead themselves before leading others.
That realization became the foundation of everything I do now. Through Kubik Coaching, I work as Executive & Lead Consultant with corporations and government agencies on leadership development at scale, brand behavior activation, and culture transformation.
Through Kandela Learning, I work as Master Learning Facilitator, bringing essential leadership and soft skills to SME owners and Gen Z & Millennial entrepreneurs building their businesses from the ground up.
